Having 30 years of experience in Technical Safety Engineering and Process Safety, worked with leading operating companies such as Qatar Petroleum (QP), Qatar Gas (QG), URS Corporation, OXY and led several EPIC, FEED and Feasibility projects across several Oil and Gas installations. Fysal is a Certified HAZOP facilitator and facilitated many HAZID, HAZOP, SIL SIMOPS and PHSER workshops.

Mr. Chong has more than 18 years of experience in facilitating various safety studies for in Oil & Gas projects. Mr. Chong has chaired more than 170 HAZOP workshops for Onshore and Offshore facilities in numerous countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Japan, Korea, India and Africa. He has also chaired numerous other safety study workshop such as HAZID and SIL and carried out various QRA studies, Design and Operational Safety Case.
Mr. Senthil Dhanasekharan, Scotland, UK

Senthil has over 18 years’ experience as a Technical Safety/Process Safety Engineer in a range of operational, project and consultancy roles. He has a long and successful track record in provision of workshop leadership and facilitation. An IChemE qualified HAZOP leader, he has facilitated HAZIDs, ENVIDs, HAZOPs, LOPAs/SILs, Design Safety Reviews, Project Risk Assessments and Constructability Reviews. Senthil has project and operational offshore experience in a number of regions including the UKCS, Malaysia, Singapore and UAE. Senthil has held Head of Technical Safety position for an EPC Company in the UK and Technical Safety Technical Authority for a major multi-billion dollar super complex project in Abu Dhabi working for a national oil company representing Wood.
