HAZID Workshop

Capable of conducting Hazard Identification Study (HAZID) study for the project scope in compliance with applicable COMPANY or International standards by engaging qualified HAZID Chairman having relevant experience

We have our in-house experienced scribe who has hands-on experience in recording the session proceedings and coordinating with Chairman for HAZID Node identification, coordinating with Client representatives for the collection of documents referred for the study

We start the HAZID study by having an alignment session with Client representatives to get align with the project scope and Client requirements, where the approach towards HAZID Node segregations (system-wise or area-wise or based on the phases such as construction or operational), selection of Risk Matrix, schedule, and agenda were discussed and finalized

Based on alignment session outcomes, a HAZID Terms of Reference will be prepared, if required by the Client, along with Node list and Node Marked Layouts or PFDs and will be shared with Client representatives for prior review and approval, based on which the sessions will be conducted

The nominated Chairman shall hold the responsibility for the smooth progression and completion of the HAZID session. Upon completion of the session a draft HAZID report, with clear recommendations with the nominated action parties will be issued for Client review and approval.

Hazard and Operability (HAZOP)

HAZOP Workshop

Capable of conducting Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) study for the project scope in compliance with applicable COMPANY or International standards by engaging qualified and certified HAZOP Chairman having relevant experience. Also capable of conducting Re-Validation HAZOP for the operating facilities by referring to available documentation.

We have our in-house experienced scribe who has hands-on experience in recording the session proceedings and coordinating with the Chairman for HAZOP Node marking, coordinating with Client representatives for the collection of documents referred for the study.

We start the HAZOP study by having an alignment session with Client representatives to get align with the project scope and Client requirements, where the approach towards HAZOP Node segregations (system-wise or equipment-wise), selection of Risk Matrix, schedule and agenda were discussed and finalized.

Based on alignment session outcomes, a HAZOP Terms of Reference will be prepared, if required by the Client, along with Node list and Node Marked P&IDs and will be shared with Client representatives for prior review and approval, based on which the sessions will be conducted.

Safety Integrity Level (SIL)

SIL Workshop

Capable of conducting Safety Integrity Level (SIL) classification study for the project scope in compliance with applicable COMPANY or International standards by engaging qualified and certified SIL Chairman having relevant experience. Also capable of conducting SIL Re-Validation for the operating facilities by referring to available documentation.

We have our in-house experienced scribe who has hands-on experience in recording the session proceedings and coordinating with the Chairman for SIF list preparation, coordinating with Client representatives for the collection of documents referred for the study.

We start the SIL study by having an alignment session with Client representatives to get align with the project scope and Client requirements, where the approach towards SIL methodology segregations (LOPA or Risk graph), selection of Risk Matrix, schedule and agenda were discussed and finalized.

Based on alignment session outcomes, a SIL Terms of Reference will be prepared, if required by the Client, along with the SIF list and will be shared with Client representatives for prior review and approval, based on which the sessions will be conducted.

The nominated Chairman shall hold the responsibility for the smooth progression and completion of the SIL session. Upon completion of the session a draft SIL report, with clear recommendations with the nominated action parties will be issued for Client review and approval.

Simultaneous Operations(SIMOPS)

SIMOPS Workshop

Capable of conducting Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) study for the project scope in compliance with applicable COMPANY or International standards by engaging qualified SIMOPS Chairman having relevant experience.

We have our in-house experienced scribe who has hands-on experience in recording the session proceedings and coordinating with the Chairman for SIMOPS matrix preparation, coordinating with Client representatives for the collection of documents referred for the study.

We start the SIMOPS study by having an alignment session with Client representatives to get align with the project scope and Client requirements, where the approach towards SIMOPS matrix preparation based on the construction schedule, selection of Risk Matrix, schedule and agenda were discussed and finalized.

Based on alignment session outcomes, a SMOPS Terms of Reference will be prepared, if required by the Client, along with SIMOPS matrix based on permitted operations, construction sequence, etc., and will be shared with Client representatives for prior review and approval, based on which the sessions will be conducted.

The nominated Chairman shall hold the responsibility for smooth progression and completion of the SIMOPS session. Upon completion of the session a draft SIMOPS report, with clear recommendations with the nominated action parties will be issued for Client review and approval.

ALARP Demonstration and Bow-Tie Workshop

ALARP Demonstration and Bow-Tie Workshop

Capable of conducting ALARP Demonstration and Bow-Tie Workshop for the project scope in compliance with applicable COMPANY or International standards by engaging qualified Chairman having relevant experience.

We have our in-house experienced scribe who has hands-on experience in recording the session proceedings and coordinating with the Chairman for developing Bow-Tie diagram based on identified Major Accidental Hazards and its protective and mitigative barriers, coordinating with Client representatives for collection of documents referred for the study.

We start the ALARP Demonstration and Bow-Tie study by having an alignment session with Client representatives to get align with the project scope and Client requirements, where the approach towards the development of Bow-Tie diagram, ALARP principles, selection of the Risk Matrix, schedule and agenda were discussed and finalized.

Based on alignment session outcomes, an ALARP Demonstration and Bow-Tie study Terms of Reference will be prepared, if required by the Client, along with the detailed list of identified protective and mitigative barriers and the same will be shared with Client representatives for prior review and approval, based on which the sessions will be conducted.

The nominated Chairman shall hold the responsibility for the smooth progression and completion of the ALARP and Bow-Tie session. Upon completion of the session a draft ALARP and Bow-Tie Workshop report, with clear recommendations with the nominated action parties will be issued for Client review and approval.

Human Factors Engineering Study and Workshop

Human Factors Engineering (HFE) Workshop

Capable of conducting Human Factors Engineering (HFE) study for the project scope in compliance with applicable COMPANY or International standards by engaging qualified HFE Study Lead having relevant experience.

We start the HFE study by having an alignment session with Client representatives to get align with the project scope and Client requirements, where the approach towards the HFE study based on the design development, 30%, 60%, and 90% 3D Model progress, building architectural design development, availability of control panel or console layouts, schedule and agenda for HFE workshops were discussed and finalized.

Based on alignment session outcomes, a HFE Terms of Reference will be prepared, if required by the Client, along with HFE checklists and the same will be shared with Client representatives for prior review and approval, based on which the sessions will be conducted. All necessary inputs for the study will be listed and an official data request will be raised, an input register will be maintained to record the receipt of input documents with its revision details.

The nominated Study Lead shall hold the responsibility for the smooth progression and completion of the HFE sessions. Upon completion of the session a draft HFE report, with clear recommendations with the nominated action parties will be issued for Client review and approval.

Dropped Object Study

Dropped Object Study

A dropped object study to define as to identify the potential for a hazardous situation arising because of an object being dropped from one of the cranes or lifting facilities during the execution of the project.

We can perform Dropped Object Study for the project scope in compliance with company and/or international standards. The main objective of the study is to identify the potential for dropped objects, identification of vulnerable targets, and estimating dropped objects frequency. Calculating dropped load impact and swing impact energies, qualitatively assess the potential risk to personnel. The dropped loads shall be examined for both topsides (drop on the facility structure) and subsea (subsea pipeline equipment etc.).

Input from the client is required in terms of location details, a detailed list of lifts with lift path, subsea pipeline and equipment layout etc.

List of recommendations to reduce the risk of dropped objects along with the calculation results of drop frequency, drop probability, and location distribution, dropped impact and swing impact energies for topside drops, drop cone model results with effect of current on the subsea pipeline or equipment, impact energies for subsea drops will be provided as the conclusion of the study.

Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) Study

Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) study

Capable of conducting Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) study for the project scope in compliance with applicable COMPANY or International standards by engaging qualified QRA Study Lead with relevant experience.

We initiate the QRA study by aligning with Client representatives to understand the project scope and requirements. This involves discussions on the methodology to be employed, data collection procedures, risk tolerance criteria, and schedule for the study. Based on the alignment session outcomes, a QRA Assumptions register will be prepared, detailing the study objectives, scope, methodology, and assumptions considered for the Study. This document will be shared with Client representatives for review and approval before proceeding with the study.

All necessary inputs for the study will be listed and an official data request will be raised. Our team maintains an input register to record and track the receipt of all necessary input documents and data required for the study. The QRA Study Lead oversees this process to ensure all relevant information is obtained.

The QRA study progresses under the guidance of the nominated Study Lead, who is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and completion of the study. This involves coordinating with subject matter experts, conducting risk analyses using appropriate tools and techniques, and generating risk assessment reports.

Upon completion of the study, a comprehensive QRA report will be prepared, presenting the findings, risk assessment results, and recommendations for risk mitigation measures. This report will be submitted to the Client for review and approval. We also conduct a results presentation session to present the study outcomes and discuss any further actions required.

Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment (FERA)

Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment (FERA)
